Varanasi: Our city campus is small and full of intense activity. Shri Vibhuti Narayan Singh, Maharaja of Banaras, was a great lover of education and a friend of NIRMAN, and gave us the land in 1990. Since then, there have been many rounds of construction, development, tree-planting, and gardening.
Betawar/Chhitauni: This is our riverside campus 12 km south of the city, near the larger village of Bacchaon. In 2006, we finished our first phase of construction, and started our school there.
We in the the process of fundraising and planning for developing the riverside campus further, which will include residences for visiting artists and scholars, studios for the arts, a library and research centre, and areas for trees and farming.
